Bulk Select: Delete Multiple Trades at Once

You can now select multiple trades on the Trades page and delete them all at once, instead of one at a time.

Checkboxes on every row — hover a row, or use the header checkbox to select every trade matching your current filters.
Shift-click to select a range — click one row, hold Shift and click another to select everything in between.
A selection toolbar — once you've selected trades, it replaces the table header and shows how many are selected next to a Delete button.
Still undoable — deleting a selection works just like deleting one trade: nothing is gone for good until you say so, and the confirmation toast includes an Undo to bring them straight back with their notes.
