    • Connected App Data (e.g., Notion): When you connect Notion for charts and embeds, FxJournalStats reads only the database properties required to render those features. We do not manually review your Notion content for those features.
    • AI trading reviews: When you generate or schedule an AI review, we read trade journal data from your connected Notion database for the selected period, compute statistics on our servers, and send aggregated statistics and relevant trade fields (such as pair, session, P&L, rules adherence, ratings, tags, and optional notes you mapped) to our AI providers to produce your review narrative. Generated reviews are stored in your FxJournalStats account.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

    • (i) Generating and displaying embeds from your Notion database for your personal use.
    • (ii) Communicating with you regarding your account, transactions, and updates.
    • (iii) Analyzing website usage to improve our content and offerings.
    • (iv) Preventing fraudulent activities and ensuring compliance with our Terms of Service.
    • (v) AI-generated trading reviews: To analyze your trading journal and produce performance summaries and coaching narratives you request or schedule.

    4. Data Sharing

    FxJournalStats may share your information in the following cases:

    • (i) With service providers such as hosting, analytics, or payment processing partners who assist in website operations.
    • (ii) AI model providers: When you use AI trading reviews, journal data described above is processed by third-party AI services (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, depending on configuration). Provider handling is subject to their privacy terms and our agreements with infrastructure vendors.

    FxJournalStats employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

    6. Your Choices

    You can update your personal information, request data deletion, or adjust communication preferences directly from your account or by contacting us.

    You can disconnect FxJournalStats from your Notion account at any time through your Notion settings.

    • You can delete individual reviews, disable or delete review schedules, and disconnect Notion to stop future reads.
    • AI review generation requires an active PRO or Lifetime plan and a connected Notion journal.
